212 Fifth Avenue

The 212 Fifth Avenue century-old building is currently in the process of being converted into 48 condos by Madison Equities and recently launched sales. Currently, there are nine units listed on the development's website. The least expensive, a 1,500 sq. ft. two-bedroom unit, is priced at $3.9 million, while the $16.1 million 4,155 sq. ft. four-bedroom unit is the biggest and most expensive. Interior renderings for the units include luxurious elements, such as Calacatta gold marble, chevron-patterned oak floors, and steam showers. Some of the amenities of the building include a 24-hour doorman/concierge, valet parking, fitness center, golf simulator, screening room, game room, playroom, catering kitchen, and various types of storage units.
